After an internship at FGV Schmidle rental, my professional life began as a Focus Puller in Berlin, primarily for feature films, commercials, and music clips. 

​

At the German Film and Television Academy Berlin (dffb), I studied Cinematography and learned from teachers such as Michael Ballhaus, Slavomir Idziak, Bela Tarr, and Volker Schlöndorff.

 

I finished with the award-winning feature film „Der Blinde Fleck“.

 

So far, I have shot fifteen feature films and numerous music videos, commercials, corporate films, and prime-time TV formats for major German networks like ProSieben and ZDF.

My visual work for acclaimed artist Clemens von Wedemeyer was exhibited at documenta13, MomA, Tate Modern, Centre Pompidou, and film festivals such as Cannes or Berlinale.

 

Since 2013, I work with my own Steadicam equipment.
